Feedback from previous assessment task 1:
You have made a good attempt at examining the Korean Peninsular Conflict as a State crime however this was not done to the required standards. One of the main focuses of this assignment was what makes this problem worthy of being considered a crime, essentially this should be a running theme throughout your discussion and clearly set out from the beginning, you did not mention your examining this conflict as a State crime until the conclusion – due to this there was no discussion of what a state crime is and how this conflict meets the standard to be classed as such.
Much of your discussion refers to the conflict as being the main point of discussion however later on your refer to North Korea only as committing State and International crimes.
More care during the planning stage can help to streamline your ideas. This can also help to ensure that all the requirements of the assignment are met.
The required word count for Part 2 of this assessment was 800 +/- 10%. Your submission totaled 470. Due to this many point were underdiscussed for example the human rights breeches and treaty violations you mentioned.
Part 3. Some good points mentioned including the lack of references in the AI output.
Referencing. Some good sources used – please note only 3 academic sources were required for this assignment. Some times having too many sources with a small word count can be overwhelming trying to include all relevant information.
In text citations where present were generally well presented please remember to cite all relevant sources and include page numbers in your in text citations even when paraphrasing.
Please consider this feedback carefully for AT2. Ensure you thoroughly read the assignment instructions. Also use the discussion boards and seminars to ask question if needed.
