In this section you define what your health topic of interest is and provide the reader with a justification of why this is an important and current public health topic. Your health issues is a current issue in public health but also can just be a new aspect of a chronic disease

2. Recommended Evidence-Based Interventions/Programs/Strategies. This section provides an understanding of what past and current evidence-based or evidence-informed health interventions, programs, or strategies have been implemented to address this particular health issue. Note that an evidence-based or informed program can be a “model program”. It may have been implemented in another state or county, but could still be applied and of value to your health issue. Include the following:
What has been the success (or lack of success) of your identified evidence-based, evidence-informed interventions, programs, and strategies and how have they been successful?
What research and data can be cited that confirms the success or lack of success of these interventions, programs, or strategies?

Are there any Social Determinants of Health or Leading Health Indicators of Healthy People 2030 that should also be considered?
4. Conclusion- in this section identify your final thoughts related to your health topic and a concluding summary.
5. References- in APA 7th Edition, list the sources that you have relied on for the purpose of your paper. Reference list should be on a separate page. This may include news articles, published journals, and/or credible websites. You must use at least 2 published journal references in formulating your paper.
