Include any anticipated/ possible collateral contacts (such as court; probation; school system; medical professionals, etc.) and purpose and relevance of contact in therapeutic process.
Based on the treatment plan and CBT approach please discuss anticipated outcomes and how they will be measured, as well as what termination with this client may look like.
