Write a public relations plan and three supporting PR materials to publicize for a client.

What kind of PR plan?

If your client is a smaller organization or a campus group that does not have a developed PR program, you could do
A more general plan to promote the organization and create basic PR materials such as a news release, a fact sheet, a brochure or flyer, media advisory for an event, a by-lined article or other written PR tools.
Or
A more specific plan to publicize something particular to the client – for example, a new product, a special event that you create, a new approach to an existing event. Your PR materials would support elements of your plan, such as a news announcement, fact sheet, feature story, media advisory, social media content or other written PR tools.
If your client is a large, national nonprofit organization or company, narrow the focus of your plan to a local branch of the group or a specific product or program. This might be
A plan to publicize a product or service to a specific audience, such as college students, young professionals or families.
A plan to promote an activity or special interest of the organization, such Starbuck’s sustainability program (just an example — please don’t do exactly that 😊).
All of the documents that you write must be original – be careful that you do not inadvertently “cut and paste” from your client’s website or other online source. You must rewrite extensively. The only things that you may “copy” are the organization’s mission statement and its “boilerplate” paragraph. (You can always propose a rewrite of either, too.)
As for the three supporting PR materials to publicize for a client. Please write the following for Hurt 2 Heal: A news release, a fact sheet and a blog post or Op-ed article.

How long should the plan be?
There is no minimum or maximum length of the plan – it depends on how much detail you include and your document design. A few pages would be likely be too short to do a good job with the content of the plan. Use the prototype as a guide for general length and layout of the document.

Quality of Content:
Inclusion of all elements of a PR plan, as shown in prototype plan
Appropriate description/writing for each element (e.g., what you write under “Strategies” is a strategy … what you describe as your “Audience” is logical fit for your client.)
Creative ideas for tactics to bring the plan to life
Quality of Writing:
Clearly written with good sentence structure.
No typos or punctuation, capitalization or grammar errors.
Readability – good organization and flow, use of subheads
Document includes combination of narrative – full sentences and paragraphs – and bullet points, numbered points. Do not just write lists of bullet points. And if you use bullet points, be sure they are long enough to include detail that will explain your point to a reader.
