Students must use the Leggat, 2007 framework and 1 NEW scholarly article to complete the paper.
Minimum 3 pages – Maximum 5 pages, double-spaced, 12-point font.
DO NOT include quotations – synthesize and paraphrase information from articles. Automatic one-point deduction from the total score for any quotation used.
Scoring rubric:
Content 20 points: Student uses the Leggat, 2007 framework to accurately identify and outline 2-3 of their own strengths and 2-3 of their own challenges relevant to working on a team. Student concisely describes how strengths will contribute to an interprofessional team and outlines how challenges can be addressed.

Clarity 4 points: Throughout the paper, wording is precise and unambiguous.
Use of References 2 points: Student utilizes 1 NEW scholarly article, Leggat, 2007 framework, and appropriately references (in-text and reference list) all scholarly articles using APA style. Student paraphrases and synthesizes material rather than providing direct quotes from article. Automatic one point deduction from total score for any quotation used.
