Strong paragraph for EACH Assigned ASSESSMENT that includes:
Assessment Name (heading)
Description and Purpose of the assessment
Your actual scores and meaning
Reflections and discoveries (strengths, weaknesses, etc.),
Personal examples or experiences
Identification of actions that could be taken to enhance your personal and professional development.
Summary and concluding paragraph highlighting what you have learned about yourself this semester and how that will help to guide and inform your future plans.
