Format
The document should use the following format
Single space.
Headings should be Bolded and you may use 12 Font Pitch
For the body of the report, you should use a 12 Font Pitch
The report pages should be numbered
The figures, images, or tables should be numbered and referred to in the body of the report.
You should use Control Enter to force a new page when needed
Canvas Unicheck match should be less than 10% excluding headings and references.
this should be representative of the company or organization you are discussing. The company log should appear on each page. You should only use JPG images, as they are smaller than other image formats. The presentation should consist of the following. Review the full grade rubric on Canvas.
Title Page with Name and Presentation Title. Your name should 75% of the title font
Logo
Headings on each slide
Agenda Slide
Presents readable text (24 pt. Font or larger and avoiding solid caps, italics, wrap-around lines, and all bold
No more than 5 lines of text per page
Provide full-page images, diagrams, etc. that support the message (Min 3)
Must include logo on each page (Yours or the organizations)
Provides references on each page not a list at the end of the report (Name and date)
Summary Slide
As with any business report, you should not write in the first person. This is not about what you think but about what others have said. The body of the report should be heavily formatted with talking headings and subheadings, white space, lists, and charts as needed. Make sure to number and label every chart or image in APA format, and then use those numbers when referring to the visuals in your report. Cartoons and generic images should be avoided unless they have a direct bearing on the N-F-P. Use deductive organization overall and on the section and paragraph-level so that reader can glance over it rather than reading it carefully—and still grasp the message and its main points.
