This assignment will require you to develop a presentation around the research you have conducted. This is more than a presentation of your resources, in contrast, you will need to delve into your cultural autobiography and project proposal in order to present your ideas. Peer review will also be part of the process.
Steps:
Explore your cultural autobiography and reflect on your positionality. You will need to include aspects of you (your cultural makeup, your future career) in your presentation.
Revisit your project proposal and be prepared to explain your topic choice in your presentation.
Share 3 resources you found and that you want to highlight (title of the resource, type of resource, intersectionality ideas, ideas from your synopsis, annotation, and application)
End the presentation with your big takeaways/what you learned through your research about your topic.
You will also need to provide an accessible link to your entire resource list.
Develop a presentation that showcases all of the above. You can use PowerPoint or a similar format to convey your message. Since you will be recording your presentation, keep the text on the slide to a minimum, and use images.
Script out, or plan what you want to say, practice it.
