Instructions
You can select one of the following options to present your project to the class.
You may use any format you desire to put together a PowerPoint presentation in 5–10 slides (no more the 10 slides).
1–2-page executive summary brief of your project (NOTE: You may NOT simply upload your final paper for this presentation).
3–6-minute Yuja (or equivalent) video presentation (that you have created using original material).
3–6-minute recorded speech/oral presentation (that you have created using original material).
Other alternative: Contact the instructor at least two weeks prior to the due date of this assignment if you have a different idea on how you would like to present your project to the class.
Be as creative as you like, but include the following in your presentation:
Describe what activity you engaged in to complete your field experience project. Include an explanation of the function of this entity within the CJS. HINT: This should be 3–4 sentences, 1–2 panels, or approximately 30 seconds of oral commentary.
Explain what happened and why you selected this activity to complete your project. HINT: This should be 1–2 paragraphs, 1–3 panels, or 1–2 minutes of oral commentary.
Explain what you have learned from this experience that ties in with the concepts of the course. HINT: This should be 2–3 paragraphs, 3–5 panels, or 2–3 minutes of oral commentary.
Provide a works cited/reference page either at the end of the executive summary, as a panel/slide at the end of the PowerPoint presentation, or upload as a separate word document if completing via video or oral commentary.
For PowerPoint presentations, use an appropriate design that is legible; include a title slide with student name and date. Information should be presented as bulleted points. You may include speaker’s notes or a transcript to clarify the information being presented on the panels.
