Throughout the course, we have focused on financial matters of the health care administrator. Upon completion of M6.6 Health Care Administrator Case Study Project Part 1 of the project, the board of directors liked what they saw and have tasked you with the creation of a revised strategic plan for the hospital for their approval. Mission Statement
The mission statement for the North Side Hospital is to create an environment
where patients feel safe and secure by our healthcare professionals ensuring
they take the proper precautions at all times. In order to do this, our
professionals conduct training as much as possible, take our patients needs
into consideration, and educate our patients as best possible on how to
continue a healthy lifestyle.
Vision Statement
The north Side Hospital’s vision is to watch their patients achieve
maximum well-being across their life span.

Goals – create a minimum of 3 goals

continuing to improve upon processes
Objectives – create a minimum of 2 objectives per goal. Include at least one situational analysis (SWOT) for the objective you believe is your most important objective for the hospital to focus on.
Performance plans for the objectives– create a minimum of 2 action plans for each objective and include the tools you will measure performance for accountability and timeliness of the initiatives.
Include benchmarks for your goals (bullet points are recommended).
Integrate in your plan at least one goal to be used for financial planning projections using the budget sheet. Remember, you must be realistic and work within your cash flow (for example, you may need to collaborate with another organization in the community to share costs, if needed).
