I wrote a paper before, and this paper’s topic will be the discussion for this paper as well just in a different perspective and analysis. This paper will be an analysis of that topic. Therefore, you cannot copy/paste any of the information because the paper I will attach is for reference only as I have already submitted it through Turnitin. So, I will attach the instructions and guidelines that need to be followed here. Additionally, I will upload three papers. The first paper that says Assessment 4 example- is the EXAMPLE paper provided by the teacher possibly follow this as much as you can when writing the analysis (including but not limited to the number of sentences per paragraph). The second paper is labeled Assessment 2 topic- that is thee topic that needs to be discussed on this paper (which is the paper that I have already submitted for my assessment 2, but we are using the same TOPIC of that assessment for this paper which is Staffing Shortages. You MAY use the same references listed on that paper but you cannot use my words as I mentioned before it has already been submitted through Turnitin. I just submitted the whole paper so you can have an idea. The third paper labeled “Rubric” is what I need you to follow so I can score Proficient or higher.

If you follow that paper to write the paper you shouldn’t have an issue following steps 1-5, that will be your best guide to write the paper. Also make sure that each title written on that paper is also the title for the paper (you cannot change the titles, it has to be the exact same titles as in the example paper)

When the Socratic approach is applied, students are prompted to look more closely at your ideas, question your assumptions and accepted premises, and view your choices through a rigorous lens.
