For the 1500 word report, you will be required to to address a global leadership problem. It encourages you to use the aim-strategy-tactics model to propose a resolution, in part or in whole, to the problem identified.
The first step to take is to revisit the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Take a look at one or two that interest you. You will see that each goal also has a sub-set of targets.
For this task, identify a specific target within a goal.
Once you have identified a target within a goal, think about what you would do as the leader of a project to address that target.
What would your specific aim be?
What day-to-day practices would you undertake in pursuit of the goal?
In addition, what would your strategy look like? How would you articulate it?
What resources would you need? This is a question about human as well as financial resources. Perhaps the question includes your inner resources, too.
What obstacles would you be likely to encounter? What would you do about them?
What would success look like, and how long would it take as the process unfolded?
Aim to write about 1,500 words. Feel free to include audio-visual resources if you wish.

– the black man who invented skin related issues for coloured people to identify them on the internet.
– Educate healthcare professionals on coloured women and maternity.
– Create feedback to see how a mother’s voice can be heard each time after appointment or consultation
