this assignment, you will conduct an interview with someone who has
worked for an organization for at least five years and has experienced a
change within the organization (leadership, policy, and/or procedures)
and is able to discuss the way in which the change was managed. You will
need to assure the interviewee that all the information shared will
remain confidential and that you will not be using real names or the
real name of the organization in your final analysis.
develop a set of interview questions (8-10) that address:
The change the person experienced and the impact of that change on the organization.
The leadership strategies used for managing change.
How the person or people within the organization did or did not:
Provide clear ethical guidelines,
Ensure ethical principles were understood and applied,
Address unethical behaviors, and
Identify the benefits of the change for all.
Provide your analysis of the interview and develop a two
page paper that includes the following (do NOT use any identifying
information about the individuals or the organization.):
A description of the organization (no names or identifiers)
What position does this individual hold within the organization?
What changes have occurred and did these changes have an impact on the organization?
What type of leadership strategies were used within the organization to manage the change?
How does the organization provide ethical guidelines and ensure ethical principles are understood?
How are unethical behaviors addressed in the organization?
How effectively did the organization manage the change?
