Family Violence Writing Assignment- Stranger She Loved
This assignment is to show your content knowledge, not just a paper about the book
(remember I have read this book several times over the years), use the book for examples in
your paper. Remember to get credit you must cite the page number you are using for each
example, if this is not done, you will not receive credit for the response.

1. This is going to be written as an academic paper. You are given ‘freedom’ in what you want to cover
but I should see main points discussed somewhere in your paper. I have made a quick checklist of
topics that you can check off as you go to make sure you discuss them in your paper.

novel I need to know you read the novel as well. Therefore, you will cite the book when you use

I am giving you ‘free range’ on how to write this paper as each students’ paper may be different

I have provided an OLD example of a reflection paper on a book called “Crazy Love”. You can
use that as a quick reference to see how book examples are blended with course material and
cited. I have since changed the requirements, so this isn’t 100% representation of what is
expected. You should follow the directions above to meet all expectations.

welcome to add additional topics!! I am asking you put the in the box as well so I can make
sure, when grading, if I might have overlooked something I can go look at the page you covered
