Each group will create a PowerPoint presentation that should be approximately 10 minutes consisting of at least 10 slides. The slides should include the following:
1. A title slide with the name of the emerging technology, date of the presentation, course name and CRN.
2. A table with the names and majors of the individuals in the groups and their roles in the group project (Depending upon the group size, you may have more than one role.):
Major is: Applied Psychology and Human Relations, all roles were assigned to be due to group members dropping out.
a. Leader: Set deadlines and ensure that the group meets project deadlines. Provide feedback to the instructor if a group member is unable to participate in group activities.
b. Organizers): Work with your group to determine what slides need to be created to ensure that all the requirements of the project are examined including the upload of group assignments.
c. Researcher(s): Provide information needed to complete project requirements.
d. Editors): Ensure that all statements are properly cited and well written.
3. A description of the technology.
4. Examples of products, services, and systems that use the technology.
5. An explanation of how the technology is used in at least three industry groups (business, computing, healthcare, the arts, science, legal, and education). Create a new slide for each industry group.
6. The pros and cons of the technology. This would include ethical and societal issues, which need to be addressed, such as equity, bias, regulation, access, etc.
7. A final slide which should include references for sources of information and video.
