This is my weight 116 lbs and my height is 5’1 and i am a female . my age is 21 years old 
: Each student must assess their average intake (this means add all 3 days of each nutrient and divide by 3 to arrive at the average), over the 3 days, and provide a report that includes the following:
A–The students’ average intake of each nutrient (calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein, cholesterol, sodium, sugars, and fiber) over the three days
B–Include anthropometric measurements: Height, Weight, Sex and Age. Calculation of Ideal Body Weight ***(formula below) and Estimating Energy Requirements (EER) (this includes physical activity) [USE EER CALCULATIONS HERE: pg. 154 Box 6-1] using own Height, Weight, Sex, Age (All math must be shown to receive full credit for both IBW and EER). If your BMI is in the healthy weight range, please state that in part B so that we know why you did not include the IBW formula. You can still use this formula if you are 18 years old.
C–Determine whether continuing to eat the way your average calculations resulted will produce weight gain, weight loss or weight maintenance. This means comparing your results of the EER formula to the average calories you ate in 3 days.
For example: I calculate with the EER formula that I need 1,670 calories per day. I log my 3 days in MyFitnessPal and the average of the 3 days I log is 1,890 calories. That would mean I am consuming about 220 calories more per day than my estimated needs, so I am likely to gain weight if I continue to eat more calories than I need. 
D–Finally, conclude if your current diet intake could precipitate a disease process we have covered and what you can do to avoid it and/or what you will do to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

*** How to calculate Ideal Body Weight (IBW) for the EER calculation
-For those of you who fall within a healthy BMI (18.5-24.9), you may go ahead and use your current body weight as the IBW in the EER formula. Please state in part B that your BMI is in the healthy weight range.
-For those of you who are not within that BMI range (so, if your BMI is less than 18.5 OR if it is greater than 24.9), please use the following formula for your IBW (show your work).
-Use the Hamwi method for either male or female. (Use pounds and inches OR kilograms and centimeters):
Male = 106 lb for the first 5 ft + 6 lb for each additional inch.
Male = 48 kg for the first 152.4 cm + 1.1 kg for each additional cm.  
Female = 100 lb for the first 5 ft + 5 lb for each additional inch.  
Female = 45 kg for the first 152.4 cm + 0.9 kg for each additional cm.

EER (Male) [662-(9.53 X age)] + PA X [(15.91 X wt in kg) + (539.6 X ht in m)]
EER (Female) [354-(6.91 X age)] + PA X [(9.36 X wt in kg) + (726 X ht in m)]
Make sure to use the Physical Activity (PA) factor in calculation (from pg. 154)
Show work if using the Hamwi method for IBW, then include your IBW in the “wt in kg” part of the EER formula.
2. For medical purposes, if my calories are very low and it shows a big calorie deficit, do I need to discuss that?
Yes, it does help if you discuss in Part D if you are following certain dietary practices that are currently causing your calories to be much higher or lower than your estimated energy requirement (EER). If someone is training for an event or just had bariatric surgery, a brief mention as to why calories consumed are where they are will just give us context. This is only if you are comfortable sharing that information.
