You have worked for Software Development Experts for the past 5 years as an HR manager. As part of the leadership team, you have been advised that the company is planning to expand. This includes acquiring branches in multiple states and eventually growing globally.
To help integrate new managers into the work culture, existing managers from various functional areas have been asked to write articles for a company newsletter. The target audience for the newsletter is only management.
Since you have been part of the management training team, you have been asked to write an article for this month’s edition. See the format and the content that needs to be included below.
At a minimum, your article must include at least 5 paragraphs addressing the questions below along with an introduction and conclusion.
Your response must include one citation from the lesson at a minimum. Additional sources may be used. Cited sources should make up no more than 10 to 20% of your essay. The balance of the content should be your own words.
Make sure to cite any references you use. All references should be constructed in APA format as shown in Lesson 0.

Write an article to the managers and department leaders regarding key aspects related to human resource management listed below. Label each with the appropriate heading and remember to include an introduction and conclusion as described in the article format guidelines.
Role of Human Resources: List and explain three core functions of human resources as discussed in the lesson.
