Organizational Culture Paper – Students are charged with identifying an organizational culture and climate within an organization with which they are familiar and suggesting processes by which leaders may make changes to the existing organizational culture by embedding a new organizational culture. The paper should be at least 15-20 pages, not counting the cover page and bibliography. There must be a minimum of 10 sources for full credit. The format for this paper should follow the latest edition of the Turabian Manual for Writers (CLO: 1,2,3,4)
