mainly to flesh out and paraphrase what I said here. the secondary audience would be health care workers as well as family members who are looking over loved ones.
In the article “Take A Break!” by Nicle Peluse. The main audience would be the people dealing with high levels of stress in the workforce such as Edcuators. In recent time, there has been a teacher shortage throughout the U.S education from teachers quitting their jobs from the amount of stress they’re receiving from the diffcult students. To help this audience it would be imparative to give suggestions in managing stress, especially in the times where everything is moving at a rapid pace. High levels stress can lead to conditions such as depression, anxiety and other health issues can be detrimental in their later years. I chose the teachers because of the importance of education and it can be stressful dealing wuth many personalities of children each day especially the ones who have behavioral issues. Sometimes they may not even get the support from parents to help correct the kids behaviors, leaving the teachers felt as if they are on their own.
Other workers in different fields can benefit from this when working high perfomance jobs such as factory workers, sever jobs canunderstand the importance of unwinding for their mental health. Mental health professionals can benefit from this as well to help the works who are struggling maintaining their stress level unwind and can come with healtheir coping skills to go about their daily lives.
