Describe potential factors that would motivate your behavior as a supervisor and the behavior of your employees. Provide an example.
Discuss the applicability of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to the motivation factors. For example, as I got older, my main career motivation was no longer dollar amount (salary) but rather benefits (retirement, sick leave, family leave, etc.) and time off (to be spent with family etc.).
2.What are two advantages and two disadvantages of EHRs? What is meaningful use? What are the barriers to implementing an EHR system? Has your health care provider adopted an EHR?
