Use the guidelines and the grading rubric to prepare an executive summary of the assigned readings and videos for Units 5 and 6.
Unit 5 (Focus on followership and motivation and Focus on teams and performance)
Unit 6 (Focus on coaching individuals and teams and Focus on situational demands)
Write a 6-10 page executive summary that would help someone who has not seen the material gain a working knowledge of the most important issues presented in the readings and videos.
Your executive summary should contain your summaries of eight (8) readings and videos. Summaries of the four chapters from the textbook are required. You will
choose the other four readings/videos to summarize. Adjust your Reference page to include just the references you summarize in the paper.
In this assignment, use bullet points rather than paragraphs to write your summaries.
Submit your executive summary as a Word document.
