1. Term Project:
Exploration- Stakeholder Analysis and Project Objectives:
for the
stakeholder analysis, i.e. identifying interest and influence levels for the
major stakeholders. Also, it would help if you explored conflict among some of
the major stakeholders. Please recall the mini-case Tata in the first module,
i.e. the conflict between farmers and Tata company.
For the
project objectives, assume a dam project. The technical objective would be
generating 1800 MW electricity, business objective increasing the sale, and as
for political objective supporting the construction dam project to win in a
political campaign.
2. Please
see the following description of your term project’s comparison phase.
Once you finished your analysis, you can start comparing the results of
your work in two steps:
a.
You select ten similar concepts discussed in the class found in your
analysis. You also choose ten different concepts found in your analysis not
found in the class discussion. At the end of this part, you add your thoughts
to this comparison chart.
b.
You select ten areas of your work and compare them to the work of other
teams. You need to interview these three teams based on your
chosen areas of work. Once you create the comparison chart, you can add your
thoughts to this comparison chart based on their similarities and
dissimilarities.
