Policy Statement: Describe 1) the specific policy recommendation you are proposing to address the problem and 2) the agency or group that will be responsible for administering the proposed policy
Policy Rationale: Provide evidence that the proposed policy is needed, feasible and workable
Policy Process: 1) describe legislative body, agency, or other policy-making group that will need to approve the proposed policy in order for it to be implemented; and 2) articulate ways to influence policy makers so that your proposed policy will be adopted.
Conclusion: Briefly summarize the issue and the proposed solution to address the unmet needs; along with a final persuasive appeal to the readers.
