P1  Write 15  Likert survey questions and 10 interview questions based on the info below
I will use a mixed-methods approach to research the barriers to mental health care among teenagers in King County. This approach will help me capture the breadth and depth of this critical issue. The questionnaire tool I will use is adapted from Radez et al.’s research on mental health service barriers in an urban setting. The tool is a derived survey instrument for the adolescent population in King County, consisting of ten items measuring the components on a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (“strongly disagree”) to 5 (“strongly agree”).
P2)
2a. Discuss your recruitment strategy to select sample respondents for your survey method approach ( virtual interview and surveys for a mixed method study)
2b. Based on your method selected in TD1 and your recruitment strategy, what is your expected response rate?  Please explain.
P3)
a. Assess the specific steps in scheduling and conducting a virtual interview with a participant in a qualitative study.
b. Formulate a process of finding participants, explaining the consent process, scheduling a place to conduct the interview, etc.

Research info
The proposed research focuses on finding the possible challenges that King County teens may experience as a barrier to the reach of these facilities where mental health care is offered. The participants will comprise teenagers within this region who have sought or contemplated these services. In this study, we will now focus on barriers to access, considering the growing concern with mental health and limitations to adolescent care due to different factors, which include stigma, ignorance, and service-related factors.
