Consider you are hired as a consultant for a multinational company. Your task is to thoroughly analyze the chosen company, based on the outline below. Papers must have external as well as internal analyses. Identify the firm’s generic strategy, provide 3 potential strategies, and devise an implementation plan using the theories and concepts learned in class (required, but not limited to – resource-based view, institution-based view, industry-based view).

3. You will need to present a minimum of 7 sources of information in your citations. Some of the following sources will help you gather information about your assigned company as you conduct your analysis:

www.wikipedia.com (while you may use it in your initial information gathering, you must go
further and dig deeper into other sources)

4. The final report should have the following characteristics:
10-12 double-spaced pages, excluding the title page and any attachments, such as figures,
tables, appendixes, and references.
o DO NOT go over the page limit – I take points off for exceeding the maximum #.
Use Times New Roman 12 point font, and 1” margins all around.
Subtitles and Table of contents are required
Cover page must include:
o Your name
o Date you turn in the project o Course name and number
