1. Analyse the skeleton by identifying the 2 main sub regions and creating an alphabetical list to show the bones within each region- this should be with a few common bones named (A.C 3.1)
2. Analyse the various joints in the human body. Describe each category of joint include; the name/s of joint within that type, the movement that occurs and the location/example of where the joint is found in the body (this could be done with a diagram) (A.C 3.2)
3. Discuss how the elbow joint works. (A.C 3.3)
4. Describe the structures involved in the passageway of air from the nose to the alveoli (A.C 5.1)
5. Summarise the changes in volume and pressure during inhalation and exhalation (A.C 5.2)
6. Identify how the surface of the alveoli is adapted for gas exchange (A.C 5.3)

Include in your report:
• An overview on the activities of the digestive system and a labelled diagram. (A.C 2.1)
• For each structure in the diagram analyse its function and role within digestion (A.C 2.2)
• Analyse the role of enzymes in digestion and those which are specifically used in the mouth, stomach, duodenum, and ilium. (A.C 2.3)
• Explain what factors affect enzyme action (A.C 2.4)
• Include a brief example of 1 experiment that could be done on a specific enzyme. (A.C 2.4)

Blood and The Heart:
a. Compare red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and plasma, this could be in diagram form (A.C 1.1)
b. Include a diagram of the heart. Analyse the anatomy of the heart by making annotations that reference the chambers, the blood vessels, valves, and the tissue of the heart walls (A.C 1.2)
c. Explain the anatomy of arteries, capillaries, and veins (A.C 1.3)
d. Explain the circuit of blood around the body – referring to major blood vessels (A.C 1.4)
Urinary System:
a. Include a large image of a kidney, on which you describe the process of the formation of urine (ultrafiltration, selective reabsorption, and excretion)

b. Explain the role ADH (Antidiuretic Hormone) plays in the process of osmoregulation (A. C 6.2).
Reproductive Systems:
