REFERENCE : Using AU Harvard System/ method
Presentation Guidance:
For your presentation to adequately cover all module learning outcomes, make sure you structure it using the suggested format below:
1.     Choose a health and care service (i.e., within an integrated care system) and describe the type of service it offers, who it is for (i.e., the population it serves), why it is required (i.e., rationale), other partners/providers they work with (i.e., key stakeholders) etc.)
2.     Discuss key concepts of resource planning and multicultural influences that impact the service delivery.
3.     Evaluate the impact that leadership has on efficient resource planning and management.
4.     Evaluate some of the factors that affect the decisions managers and multidisciplinary teams make in preparing budgets. You may consider the internal or external environment of the business and how these factors affect the decisions of managers when preparing budgets by using PESTLE/SWOT analysis.
5.      Analyse the links between planning and managing resources and performance (i.e., of individuals, multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams in organisations).
Additional considerations for structuring your slides:
The presentation should be structured succinctly and comprehensively. A vital component of the assessment is embedding the audio of the presentation. Ensure that this is appropriately embedded and working as it should before submission.
Weave through your oral discussion (I.e., the 15 minutes audio presentation) underpinning theory associated with the module.
Make sure you consistently make links to your service of choice, wider literature and add citations in your presentation and a full reference list.
