Through this topic reflection paper, you will have the opportunity to take a closer look at a concept or topic mentioned in the previous modules that you’d like to reflect on and explore a bit more. This could be something mentioned in a video, reading, or supplement on Canvas. The goal here is for you to get more familiar with a topic that piques your interest and that adds value to your own professional knowledge base.
Task
You will write a 3-4 page paper diving deeper into a topic area introduced in the course we’ve covered as well as any additional module materials.
Things to explore in the paper: a brief background on the topic, the relevance in today’s modern society, how awareness of it is beneficial or valuable to you and the professional populace, academic research on it that extends the conversation of the topic of it beyond the basics of it. For example, I’ve included a couple articles in module 3 on intergenerational communication that give a lot of great info on that topic that could be utilized in unpacking that topic.

In order to receive full credit for this analysis, you responses should do the following:
Utilize the module readings, the UNLV library database, and credible online materials, to find 2-3 sources to help you unpack your topic
Your explanations should be thorough and examples should clearly demonstrate your grasp of the topic.
Your responses must be complete grammatically correct sentences, written at a college level, and contain accurate information derived from the readings, module materials, the required outside academic and credible sources, and cited accordingly.
Please format your response in Times New Roman or Arial, 12-point font, and double-space it.
