Why is this research relevant? What stats prove it? What is the average alcohol consumption in the UK, and how does it influence our health? Subheadings something like this:

-cover the problem. I.e., at a population level does drinking behaviour and prevalence look like in the uk
– consider the burden. I.e., cost to NHS and policing
Current intervention strategies
– what policies are in place to manage and mitigate drinking
– review efficacy and effectiveness
2. What is the regulation regarding an alcoholic drink (particularly spirits)? What is a no/lo alcohol, what is the regulation, and what are the statistics around it? What studies show the popularity of no/lo drinks, and who among them? Subheadings:
NoLo drink options
– summarise these and how they may improve health
Choice architecture
– what is it?
– evidence from snacking, cigarettes etc
– potential as no-lo intervention
Choice architecture and alcohol
– what is the existing evidence

3. Background information, previous research, and what will be different in this one.
Drinking motives in early years, adolescence, why it is crucial.
Aims and Hypothesis.
In this later section, you need to start orientating your reader to your primary research objectives (i.e., testing whether choice architecture tactics influence alcohol choice)

Aims & Hypotheses
This research aims to investigate whether there is an effect of reduced alcohol availability and increased availability of no/low alcohol drinks on drink selection. Additionally, it will take an exploratory look at whether there is an effect of current mood on alcohol consumption, whether there is an effect of drinking motives on alcohol consumption, and also whether there is an effect of anxiety and depression on alcohol consumption.
Primary Hypotheses:
H1: Increasing the availability of non-alcoholic drinks will reduce the selection of alcoholic drinks.
Secondary Hypotheses
H2: Low mood will increase the selection of alcohol.
H3: Coping motives will increase the selection of alcoholic drinks.
H4: Severe depression and anxiety will increase the selection of alcoholic drinks.
But this dissertation will be focusing on MOTIVES, so do not include anything else (aka depression, mood)
