I am taking a class as an undergraduate at Haas in UC Berkeley called UGBA 107 which is about the social, political, and ethical environment in Business. This research paper is worth 35% of my grade and I need it to be up to that standard and be written with a professional and academic tone. This is my thesis statement which will provide you a brief overview of my topic: Facebook’s (now part of Meta Platforms, Inc.) data privacy practices significantly influence consumer trust and behavior, impacting user engagement and brand loyalty within the technology industry.

I need it to be full of analysis and it needs to bring up one ethical theory as well. I will attach my notes below for the different ethical theories that have been brought up in class, but only one that is relevant should be mentioned. We also discussed Corporate Social Responsibility frameworks in class and it’s highly prevalent to my topic, so it should also be mentioned.
