Leadership Challenges
Descriiption of Assignment: Students will provide a critical analysis of the concept of nursing leadership, identify the “ideal” leadership style the student identifies with most and the most important skills required to become excellent leaders. Additionally, identify an issue within your organization in which you would like to initiate change/improvement, choose one Evidence-based Practice model and one Quality Improvement model you would use as the nurse leader. Include any barriers you would have to address to implement changes. Use APA 7th edition formatting. You Must use a minimum of 5 EB resources to support your synthesis of ideas/thoughts and not your opinion.
