You can be a fan of it or be critical, the point is to have an educated opinion. You can choose any diet, fad or conventional, for example the DASH, Mediterranean, Keto, Paleo diets, or even write about being a Vegetarian, Pescetarian, or Carnivore, the choice is yours. You can even write about weight watchers or some fad diet that we haven’t heard of yet. Whatever you decide, you must find one peer-reviewed scientific article that discusses the diet.
