On admission, the only history was hypertension, anxiety, and COPD that was reported to me. After the RN assessed the patient, I went in to introduce myself as her nurse for this shift. The patient had c/o SOB. I messaged the NP to inform her of the patients’s complaint due to no PRN medication. The NP ordered a PRN breathing treatment.
