This is a master’s project to write journal paper in accordance with the requirements of the Journal of Public Health(https://academic.oup.com/jpubhealth). The journal invites submissions of papers of any aspect of public health research and practice and from any region of the world. Please note you should not formally submit the paper to the journal. Subject to the quality of your submission, this may be something that can be considered further with your named teaching fellow and other subject specialists involved in your study. Please ensure you follow the instructions for the authors(opens in a new tab) with respect to your specific study that will fall within the remit of an ‘original paper’. You are expected to write 3,000 words with no more than four tables or figures. The Journal supports the EQUATOR Network initiative(opens in a new tab) and the paper should seek to meet the standard guidelines for your specific study design. For example:
Observational studies – STROBE.
Systematic reviews – PRISMA.
Meta-analyses of observational studies – MOOSE.
Qualitative research – COREQ.
Quality Improvement/Service Evaluations – SQUIRE.
Economic evaluations – CHEERS.
