For activity 7.1, you will identify your organization’s supervisory needs. Respond to the two questions as related to your organization.
Case Activity 7.1 (The Token Economy)
Read the scenario carefully. Once you have read it answer the questions at the end of the scenario. Present this assignment in a paper format, not question/answer, as though you were doing an evaluation of the program. The answers to each question should consist of one to two well thought out paragraphs.
Support your responses with material from the textbook and additional references as appropriate in an APA format.
COMPETENCY/CASE ACTIVITY FORMAT
Be sure to clearly label each weeks assignments as if it were a chapter in a book. Use the names of each competency building exercise, for example 1.1 is named “Conceptualizing a New Human Services program” while 2.1 is named “Knowing the Environment”, as the heading for each new assignment.
There should be one title page for the entire project with the following information on it:
· Your name
· Administration of Human services
· HS-420-44
· Professor
Finally, at the end of each exercise include a reference page in an APA format. It is important you include references from the textbook to support your development of this human service program. Feel free to include additional references as appropriate.
