Adaptation Case Study Report Rubric
20 points: Setting: What are the particular challenges, exposures, demographics, associated with the impacts of climate change where the adaptation plan has been developed?
10 points: What is included in the plan, and what are the plans objectives? Include sectors, approaches, strategies
10 points: Who are the stakeholders? Who are the most vulnerable? Has there been an effort to raise awareness of impacts and engage those who would be affected by the plan implementation?
10 points: How much information is there about the stage of planning and adaptation? What are the local challenges to adaptation? Has there been any assessment of the plan? What has changed in the adaptation plan if newer revised plans have been developed?
10 points: Who is impacted by the plan, and is everyone impacted in the same way? Does it address vulnerability of people, environmental equity and distributive and procedural justice?
20 points: CONCLUSIONS: What are the important things we should know about this effort?
