For question 1: A good analysis was provided using Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory of Motivation. The Hygiene and Motivators are explained and a determination is stated as to whether or not they are used. A statement regarding Sandra’s motivation level towards the end of the case is stated.
For quesiton 2: Equity Theory was briefly reviewed and connected as it relates to Sandra and why she is looking for another job.
For question3 :Expectancy Theory was briefly reviewed and connected as it relates to Sandra’s behaviour.
For question 4: Three recommendations were outlined for Mr. Baker regarding Sandra Wong.
