Our Entrepreneurship instructor asked us to write about our business idea proposal. We are to propose our business idea and mention what challenges it will face. We are to write the table of contents first, executive summary (1-2) pages max, product/solution, market, business model (how to make money, value position), competition, marketing and sales, operations, management l, financial pack, and appendices.
My business idea that the assignment is going to be about is to create an application that serves to market the majority of Kuwait’s Gyms and health clubs. This application provides the pricing of all kinds of subscriptions to the various health clubs and gyms creating edited videos of how the health clubs look like and what kinds of cardio machines as well as weight lifting machines it has to offer. In addition to mentioning some of the most prominent health instructors with some of their background as a way to market the gym and attract customers.
Obesity is a major disease that infests Kuwait and this is one way to promote a healthier lifestyle in Kuwait. Plus, health clubs are growing in Kuwait nowadays. People might want to take a look at the gym and know the pricing of various subscription fees before bothering to drive there, out of laziness, and change their mind about the gym. In addition, subscribing through this application is a very helpful way for clients and can promote competition between the local gyms.
Please note that the idea is a plan, so the report is going to be about what are your plans BEFORE you start your business. So the assignment must include forecasting statistics of how much the business can coast and how much it is going to make. Please include graphs.
