Pick a pro or con side to the question and create your initial discussion posting on the corresponding discussion thread that articulates at least two supporting arguments why you believe public health officials should or should not enforce greater restrictions on electronic cigarette use. If you believe that public health officials should enforce greater restrictions, present at least one-way public health officials could restrict electronic cigarette use and how it would achieve public health goals. For either side of the issue, be sure to cite supporting statistical and/or other reputable sources. Next, read the opposing side discussion threads from your classmates. Reply with a counterargument to at least two peers that took the opposite position that you did in your initial position. Be sure to cite statistics or reputable sources that support your counterarguments.
