Complete Parts 1, 2, and 3 and compose your responses in a 7- to 10-page paper (not including the title and references pages). Write an introduction and conclusion for your paper. Use APA format for the paper, title page, references page, and in-text citations. For this Final Summative Assignment, you will compose a 7- to 10-page paper (not including the title and references pages), demonstrating evidence of mastery in the following six Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) skill areas: Applications of data literacy Use of research and understanding of qualitative, quantitative and/or mixed methods research methodologies Employment of data analysis and evidence to develop supportive school environments, Leading and/or participating in collaborative activities with others such as peers, colleagues, teachers, administrators, community organizations, and parents Supporting appropriate applications of technology for your field of specialization Application of professional dispositions, laws and policies, codes of ethics and professional standards appropriate to your field of specialization Part 1: Planning an Opening Staff Meeting You will assume the role as a new principal in your building. You have had the opportunity to examine your school’s School Improvement Plan (SIP) and made a recommendation on one prioritized instructional target on which to focus in the upcoming school year. Plan out an opening staff meeting where you have 120 minutes to work with your staff on this targeted area. Step 1. Create an agenda which outlines the purpose and intent of the meeting‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍. During this meeting, you will include the PPT created in Module 4.
