Describe the vulnerable population for the health issue you are most passionate about. Include the prevalence of the problem at the national, state, and local level. What age group is this population? Discuss why this age group and population was most impacted? Does the health issue exists because of social determinants of health (culture, where they live, poverty, lack of resources, lack of medical services, access to healthy foods and exercise)? It is very likely that there are multiple determinants.
