Each week students will complete a short reading response journal about the assigned readings.
They will explore the readings in paragraph
form, (Times New Roman, 12-point font) by responding to the following:
What are the main claims of these two readings?
How would you summarize their central arguments?
Are the arguments persuasive? Why? Why not?
How are these two works in conversation with one another, and with other readings?
What questions arose for you while reading?
