A reflection paper is a personal essay, kind of like a structured journal entry, you are writing about yourself, and your family experiences informed by the theory/concepts in the textbook. There should be no textbook quotes, you may choose to define the topic you choose by writing 2-3 sentences at the start of your reflection, otherwise no quotes or textbook language is used.
