As a manager for an aircraft maintenance activity (General Aviation, MRO organization, or commercial airline), you are to establish a sustainable HF program and methods that enhance a positive safety culture. This culture should:
Reduce errors and to reduce the effects of errors made.
Increase safety, reduce costs, and improve pride and professionalism.

Focus on the tools, techniques and philosophies that would enable you to create the workplace culture described above.
