WRITING INSTRUCTIONS AND PROVIDED ARTICLES/SOURCES:
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance the students’ professional writing skills, expand their knowledge of current health care and nursing topics, and critically reflect on the content presented by the authors.
Process:
Students are to read the three articles in the section below labeled “Articles for Paper”.
Students are to summarize each article in two to three paragraphs. (Approximately one page for each article is expected).
Students should then choose one of the articles for critical reflection, and in one and a half to two pages provide a comprehensive response to the following areas (This is your reflection and should be a rehashing of the article but must of the article written in the first person):
Identify and discuss 2 or more key concepts that you learned from your chosen article.
How did the article enhance your present or past learning?
Articulate how the information presented can be used to enhance patient care and nursing practice?
Identify and discuss your recommendations for possible future nursing research applications or questions? (Do not repeat the author’s recommendations)
Discuss the relationship noted between the content of the article and Molloy’s value system of Community, Service, Spirituality, and Study?
APA 7th edition format must be utilized for this assignment.
