-What does the Frankfurt School say about critical thinking and
society? How do they use the Hypodermic Syringe model to prove
their claim?
• What’s the response to FS claims? Is there any school of thought +
and model that disagrees with FS? (hint; of course there is)
• What examples would you use to prove either the FS/Hypdermic
Syringe model claim or the claim that the other school of
thought/model make?

Application (15%)
• examples, these need to be briefly explained. If you use numerical data you
need to cite and reference them

• discussing the specific elements from above in the focused context of the
topic you have chosen
• any relevant elaboration on the elements above

Evaluation (15%)
• any relevant comparing and contrasting
• any relevant comments on whether the theory is still actual – supported and
explained (any sources of support need to be cited and referenced)
• any relevant evaluation of the strength of the argument you provided for each
side
