What/Can/How – are Qualitative research questions, there are no hypotheses in qualitative research…Reword them to quantitaive questions.
how does the RQ1 line up to Ho or H1?
H00: There is a relationship between behaviour-based personalization provided by e-commerce websites and consumer purchase behavior.
H10: There is a relationship between IT risks faced by consumers and consumer behavior to provide their data online or use the service again
“relationship” is not a word in a hypothesis, the model already tells you there is something – the HYP would imply correlation or regression analysis – again, if this was a quantitative study
I do not see a valid questionnaire – I see some questions in chapter 1, 5 or 6 – but these do not answer any RQ…write a valid survey questionair.
The Figure 2 – change it to APA format, being your framework – these variables would be your RQs and measurable items.

• Descriiptive statistics were summarized to see the trends in the data (Percentage, Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation, Variance, etc.) as well as t-tests and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to examine statistical differences between the samples (Bademlioglu et al., 2018; Delacre et al., 2019). ANOVA allows for testing whether or not there is a significant difference in the mean scores of factors in two or more different groups of respondents (Kung et al., 2018).
Are you doing difference among groups here?
A partial least square (PLS) model for research – are you also doing PLS?
Make sure the whole study is quantitative, information technology based and aligned.
Make sure all figures and tables are in APA format.
Sources should be only 2-3 years old.
