My papers topic : “what is the most effective combination of self-management approaches, therapy and medication for someone with Bipolar?”. ( I am doing this paper to show that there are other methods of treatment besides medicine for Bipolar, and the reason why I am doing this is because my cousin committed suicide bc of medication overlap, suicidal thoughts, I would like to show that there are other forms of treatment besides meds.
