Then, explain the benefits of employees investing in their development. Additionally, for your identified goals, justify if you believe that the costs should be shared or should be taken on by one party (e.g., you or your organization).
Section 3 – Professional Development Proposal. In this section, based on your professional goals, propose and describe one development activity. Then, describe how the development activity will add value to your growth and the organization’s growth.
