2. Review of the Literature
How has this ethical dilemma been addressed in the professional literature? (3%)
What possible solutions/recommendations (must have a minimum of 2
solutions/recommendations for each side of the dilemma with a minimum of 3 scholarly
references) were proposed in the literature? (9%)
What are the positives and negatives of each potential solution/recommendation? (9%)
What are the possible intended and unintended consequences of each potential solution? (9%)
Cite a minimum of six current (within the past five years and meets the CRAAP criteria) scholarly
references. Of these, at least three must be from a peer-reviewed / refereed professional journal.
Any internet websites used as references must be those of professional organizations or
academic institutions. No more than one textbook may be used as part of the references. No
more than one direct quote may be used.
